The system includes a modified epoxy resin (Part A – L-X-R101) and a compatible hardener (Part B – L-X-H201) that cures at room temperature. It is ideal for industrial applications requiring robust adhesion to substrates like metal, ceramics, marble, and concrete.

Application

Step-by-step guide for optimal results

Ensure surfaces are dry, dust-free, and oil-free before application.

Mix the resin and hardener as per the recommended weight ratio.

Stir until a uniform blend is obtained.

Apply the adhesive to the prepared surfaces using a spatula or brush.

Assemble parts and allow curing at ambient temperature. Full bond strength develops within 24–48 hours.

Ambient Curing: 24 hours at 25–30°C

Optional Heat Acceleration: Curing time can be reduced using mild heat (e.g 50°C for 1–2 hours)
