Application

Step-by-step guide for optimal results

Substrates must be free of any contamination that may prevent proper adhesion.

Pour 40 kg of CERAFIX 1111 into 8–12 litres of clean water slowly while mixing to obtain a homogeneous, lump-free paste. Use a low-speed mixer for best results. Do not add any unapproved components.

Allow the mix to stand for 5–10 minutes to mature, then remix for 1–2 minutes before use.

The open time is approximately 20 minutes.

Installation of ceramic tiles on walls and floors

Recommended for application thicknesses up to 10mm

Wipe the back side of tiles with water if dusty.

Installed tiles should not be exposed to water for at least 24 hours.
