ULTRASEAL-1120
ULTRASEAL-1120 is a water-clear, low viscosity epoxy resin system designed for coating, doming, marble crack filling, and resin art applications. This solvent-free system offers a high-gloss finish and is formulated to be self-leveling while curing at room temperature (15°C to 32°C). It provides excellent air-release, is optimized for UV stability, and is ideal for a variety of high performance, clear-coating tasks.

Step-by-step guide for optimal results
Mixing ratio: 50 parts hardener to 100 parts resin by weight.
Mixing ratio: 1 part hardener to 1 part resin by volume.
The surfaces to be coated should be dry and free from contaminants. Use two clean plastic containers of equal volume to measure the correct proportion of resin and hardener.
Pour resin and hardener into a larger container.
Stir thoroughly for at least 3 minutes, ensuring no air bubbles are introduced.
Pour the mixture into a second clean container and stir again for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Avoid stirring too vigorously to minimize air entrapment.
Apply the mixed resin either by pouring or brushing onto the surface. The resin will self-level to produce a smooth, high-gloss finish.
For best results, apply between 15°C and 35°C with humidity below 85%.
Use a small heat gun or mini gas torch (keep the flame 100 – 150mm off the surface) to release any air bubbles during the 30-minute working time.
Repeat heating as necessary until the surface is bubble-free. Inspect for any lint or debris and remove with tweezers.
0.6m² per mixed liter of ULTRASEAL-1120. Coverage may vary based on surface texture and application method.
