LAMINANT SEAL-200N

Advance lithium chemistry which is water-based solution requires no rinsing and is VOC compliant in all areas of the world. When applied on surface, it penetrates up to 14 inch (7mm) where it react with free calcium to form insoluble calcium silica hydrate, which makes marble or stone more water, stain and abrasion resistant for easier maintenance and longer life. It is also suitable for marble, natural stones and concrete polishing procedures and helps prolong the life of polished finishes.

LAMINANT SEAL-200N outlasts sodium or potassium densifiers, creating a permanent impregnation within the surface, making it resistant to water damage, abrasion, and dusting.
For the treatment of ground and polished absorbent marble, natural stone, lime stone, sandstone, granite or concrete.
Cures quickly, allowing floors to be put into service immediately, even during ongoing operations.
The high lithium content prevents surface crazing and damage from ASR, making it ideal for long-term floor health
The product does not yellow, peel, or flake over time, even under UV exposure.
By smoothing the surface, LAMINANT SEAL-200N minimizes abrasion from tires and reduces tire marks, maintaining the aesthetic quality of the surface.

Application

Step-by-step guide for optimal results

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of standing water or contaminants. Test absorbency by spraying water on the surface; if the surface doesn't wet uniformly, pre-treat with a suitable cleaner.

Use a low-pressure sprayer and soft-bristled broom or microfiber pad to apply the product. Apply uniformly to ensure full coverage.

Allow the surface to dry for 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on weather conditions

For regular cleaning, use non-acidic cleaners. For surface shine and increased durability, periodically dry-buff with a high-speed burnisher fitted with LAMINANT SEAL-200N burnishing pads.
